To finalise the booking your are required to pay 50% advance payment of the total amount within 3 days of confirmation. If the booking is made within 3 days of the date of arrival, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours
In case of a cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival may result in a change of the arrival date or in a refund of the deposit after the deduction of an administration fee of 3.000 HUF. By cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of now-show no refund is possible, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (eg in the event of a pandemic), the hotel will provide the guest with a voucher for the same amount as the deposit already paid, which can be used within one year.
If the use of the services of the Accommodation would be subject to a security clearance at the time of the stay, the accommodation will not accept the absence of the security clearance as a force majeure circumstance. The Parties acknowledge that in a pandemic situation, this is not an unforeseen condition that cannot be foreseen.
In case of non-participation in mass events (eg Ultrabalaton), the paid advance can be used 100% by presenting the participation ticket, except for festive periods.
