General Booking, Payment and cancellation conditions for individual bookings 

    Booking and payment conditions:

    The hotel has an online booking system on its website. Only the prices indicated in our offers sent by the system or by e-mail are guaranteed during the period of validity of the offer.

    To finalise the booking, a deposit of the amount specified by the sales department (typically 50% or 100% of the services ordered) must be paid within 3 days of booking. If the reservation is made within 3 days before the arrival date, the deposit is due within 24 hours. Rooms booked are guaranteed from the date of payment of the deposit.

    Deposits can be paid by bank transfer, cash on spot or  by credit card  payment in advance.

    The remaining amount will be paid on spot by cash, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro)

    The currencies accepted by the hotel are Hungarian Forint (HUF) and Euro (EUR).

    Non-payment of the deposit does not release the guest from the cancellation conditions.

    Cancellation conditions:

    In case of a cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival may result in a change of the arrival date or in a refund of the deposit after the deduction of a penalty fee of 3.000 HUF. By cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of now-show no refund is possible, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    In case of cancellation due to force majeure (eg in the event of a pandemic), the hotel will provide the guest with a voucher for the same amount as the deposit already paid, which can be used within one year.

    If the use of the services of the Accommodation would be subject to a security clearance at the time of the stay, the accommodation will not accept the absence of the security clearance as a force majeure circumstance. The Parties acknowledge that in a pandemic situation, this is not an unforeseen condition that cannot be foreseen.
    In case of non-participation in mass events (eg Ultrabalaton), the paid advance can be used 100% by presenting the participation ticket, except for festive periods.
