FOOD ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES, AND VEGETARIAN DIETS
Dear Guest, Please let us know about any special dietary requirements when you make your reservation so that we can be prepared to accommodate you. Meals are prepared by a dietitian chef with special expertise. The products required for the meals are procured based on pre-agreed requirements, so we cannot guarantee the service on site without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
We strive to compose our daily menu in such a way that vegetarian meals are available, but we cannot guarantee a wide selection. Please note that our hotel does not have a "free-from" kitchen, so we cannot rule out cross-contamination in the case of gluten, peanut, and similar sensitivities.
Please discuss any special dietary requirements with our chef upon arrival.
The extra charge for this service is 5,000 HUF/person/day for half board.
The extra charge for this service is 3,000 HUF/person/day for breakfast.
Our offer above is valid for a limited number of bookings made directly on our hotel website. The special offer cannot be combined with other discounts and is valid for bookings confirmed by us.

Conditions for taking advantage of the offer:
To finalize the reservation, a 50% deposit must be paid within 3 days of confirmation.
a.) Cancellation policy for non-peak periods
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, the arrival date can be changed or the deposit will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of HUF 3,000. In case of cancellation within 14 days or no-show, the penalty is 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation on site (or reduction of nights), the full amount of the original order/reservation will be charged as a penalty.
b.) Cancellation conditions for peak periods and holiday weekends, which are as follows:
Easter, May 1, Pentecost, August 20, Autumn break, Christmas, New Year's Eve
In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation deposit will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of HUF 3,000. For cancellations within 30 days and no-shows, the penalty is 50% of the booking value. For cancellations on site (or reduction of nights), the full amount of the original order/booking will be charged as a penalty.
The above offer is valid for individual bookings only and does not apply to corporate/group orders. In such cases, please contact our staff!
In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., restrictions on leaving one's place of residence in a pandemic situation), the hotel will provide the guest with a voucher for an amount equal to the deposit already paid, which can be used within one year.
In the event of the cancellation of mass events (e.g., Ultrabalaton), the advance payment can be used in full upon presentation of the participation ticket, except during holiday periods.
